What can I expect working with you as my coach?

Together, we’ll build a realistic and flexible plan, with regular check-ins and clear guidance that evolves as you do. My role is to support, guide, and educate you so we can confidently achieve the results you’re working toward! 

Do I need to track calories or macros?

Not always. It depends on your goals, experience, and what works best for you. If tracking supports your progress, we’ll use it. If not, we’ll find a different approach that does!

What if I have a busy schedule or eat out often?

No problem — your nutrition plan is built to fit your lifestyle, not the other way around. Whether you’re short on time, travel often, or eat out regularly, we’ll create simple, flexible strategies that keep you on track without added stress

Is this suitable for vegetarians, food intolerances, or specific dietary needs?

Absolutely. I tailor coaching to fit your dietary preferences and needs, ensuring your nutrition supports your goals while aligning with what works best for your body.
